BUS A/C enthalpy lab of CLING bus HVAC

BUS A/C enthalpy lab of CLING bus HVAC

CLING bus HVAC has its top class labs, one of the most significant is the enthalpy lab, which is widely used for testing & calibrating the cooling/heating capability of bus A/C systems and parts for example condenser and evaporator, fans and blowers. All CLING A/C products including the roof top mounted, build-in, independent unit, A/C+ defroster, integrated A/C+BTMS systems are tested in this lab, so you know how critical it is for us. Meanwhile, it serves as a way to develop new product and optimize present ones.

The lab is operated by computer, experimenting process is automatic, can be operated manually as well. Test data is automatically recorded. The core part of the lab is PLC, so it is direct, visual and reliable.

Theory & principle of cooling:

The air conditioning compressor rotation is driven by the engine. The high-temperature and high-pressure refrigerant vapor discharged by the compressor enters the automobile air conditioning condenser through the high-pressure hose. Since the temperature of high-temperature and high-pressure refrigerant vapor is higher than the outside air temperature, the heat of refrigerant vapor in the condenser is taken away by the outside air with the help of condenser fan, so that the high-temperature and high-pressure refrigerant vapor condenses into high-temperature high-pressure liquid, flows into the dryer through high-pressure soft hose, and flows through the expansion valve after drying and filtration. Under the throttling action of the expansion valve, the refrigerant turns into a low-temperature and low-pressure liquid and enters the vehicle air conditioning evaporator. It vaporizes under constant pressure and absorbs the heat in the air outside the evaporator pipe, so as to reduce the temperature of the circulating air in the vehicle flowing through the evaporator into cold air, which is sent into the vehicle through the evaporator blowers to reduce the air temperature in the vehicle. The vaporized refrigerant vapor is sucked by the compressor for compression, and then becomes a high-temperature and high-pressure refrigerant gas. It is pressed into the condenser of the automobile air conditioner through the high-pressure hose to complete a refrigeration cycle of the automobile air conditioner. This cycle is repeated to maintain the temperature in the vehicle at a comfortable state.
